Pricing is based on the number of monthly Key Cards and Key Card Folders provided to each individual
property. That number is based on the amount of rooms each property has. We use a national average
of a 60% occupancy rate per property and a national average of 10 turnovers per room per month to
determine how many Key Cards and Folders will be provided to each property on a monthly basis.
